PROS

Very useful tool: Anyone that has worked on computers long enough knows what a hassle it is to get the right drivers installed on a computer that’s been taken offline. This utility will get you online and download the appropriate drivers, so you’ll be up and running again in no time. This means that when fixing a computer you can just carry the utility on a thumb drive rather than having to download drivers, install them, and then hope you’ve found the right one.

Initial connectivity scan: The app does a good job of checking to see if you’re already online before proceeding. That way you don’t waste time downloading redundant software.

CONS

Very poor interface: This program looks like it was designed 20 years ago. It is presented in a very dated-looking package, and both the text and buttons are difficult to read and understand. Using the interface is largely a matter of trial and error, as it is very unclear upon first opening the program how exactly it is supposed to work.

Unclear instructions: Even the instructions within the program itself are unclear, making it difficult to use for someone who is new to it.
